Returns & Refunds
We have a strict 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. This reduces to 14 days for items purchased at a show or event which we only offer store credit for.
From 1st November 2025 until 9th January 2026 we are happy to offer store credit on any unwanted gifts that are purchased at full price and are returned to us after our standard 30 days. Any order returned within 30 days of purchase will be eligible for a full refund.
To be eligible for a refund or credit, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Missing Parcels
Parcels must be reported missing within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Please contact support@equidry - include your order number and supporting evidence (if applicable).
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
We are unable to accept returns on any customised or personalised items. This includes products that have been embroidered, printed, or otherwise altered specifically to your order, as these items are made uniquely for you. Unfortunately, because these goods cannot be resold, they fall outside of our standard returns policy. We kindly ask that you carefully check all customisation details at the time of purchase to ensure everything is correct.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and request store credit, and once the return is accepted we will allocate the credit to you account so you can make a separate purchase for the new item right away without the need to wait for funds to credit to your bank.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was not approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
