We have a strict 30 day returns policy. Your item must reach us within 30 days of your original purchase and in anew, unworn condition, if 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
Items purchased at an event or show must be returned to us within 14 days of purchase. We do not offer refunds for items purchased at shows or events, we only offer store credit.
- Please ensure unwanted items are returned within the periods stated above.
- Your item must be unworn, un marked, unwashed and in its storage bag with its labelling intact.
- All items are inspected before a refund or exchange is processed and items deemed to be in anything other than brand new condition will be returned to you at your coat or you will be charged a restocking fee.
- We will aim to action refunds within 10 working days. Credit/debit cards may take up to 7 workings days to clear into your account once processed.
- We strongly recommend you send your package by recorded delivery as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit to us.
If any item returned breaches any of the terms outlined in this policy, we reserve the right to return the item back to you in the same condition it was received in.
Any free gifts sent out during promotions must also be returned. If the free gift is not returned the customer will be charged the full price of the free gift received, plus an administration fee of 10% of the Drywalks unit price.
Unwanted Items
You can return an unused product to us within the stated time frame above for a credit or refund provided it is in new/unworn condition.
For unwanted items we regret that we do not offer free returns at this time, the customer is responsible for the cost of the return.
Follow these simple steps to safely return your unwanted items:
- Please print and fill in the returns form and include in your parcel.
- Return items with their labels attached and in their original packaging
- Please package with care and make sure the parcel is secure, attach the return label to your parcel.
- We recommend that items are returned to us using a trackable, signed-for, delivery service and we recommend you insure your return for the value of the product. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
