FAQ

Discover commonly asked questions regarding zip usage & care.
  • Two-way zips can feel slightly fiddly at first. If the pin isn’t inserted fully into the lower slider, the zip may not catch properly. Take a moment to align both sliders and ensure the pin is fully in place before pulling upwards. With use, the zip will loosen slightly and become easier to operate.

  • This usually happens when the zip hasn’t been fully engaged at the base before fastening. Check that both sliders are right at the bottom and the pin is pushed completely into place. If the issue continues, gently clean the zip teeth to remove any trapped dirt that may be affecting the alignment.
